Stayed in room 503 with my 5 year old daughter and husband. By the 3rd day of our stay both my husband and daughter were showing allergic symptoms such as running nose, sneezing and itchy eyes we assumed it was pets in the building. It’s now our 6th night & we had started taking allergy medication the symptoms were not improving, my husband thought to check the 2 vents in the room, that were possibly just dusty. When he took a closer look both vents were COVERED in black mold! We called the front desk to make sure they were aware it and that we wanted to speak to the general manager the next morning. The next morning (Friday) I went down to speak to Carmela who sent their maintenance guy Seth to come check it out. I let her know I had video the vents and that it was definitely not dust if she wanted to see for herself. She neither bothered to look at the videos or go see the room. She even asked me why had I waited so long to report the issue. Seth comes up and he takes a look at both vents and tells me that Yes, it is indeed mold. I go back down to speak to Carmela & tell her I'd like to extend my stay however not in that room. She had 2 other rooms on the 5th floor available and would have Seth take a look at those beforehand. Well Seth confirmed those 2 rooms vents were also in the same condition. However she wants to tell me they also have "dust in the vents." It’s absolutely ridiculous. Corporate was contacted!

We have visited this property a few times in the past. It is one of our go-to's for staycations. Kids love it! Noticing some age in the bathrooms...paint...mildew in cedar seat and other small cosmetic items. Overall pleasant stay. Would return.

Great sized room in a nice hotel amenities.

Pros: Pool and hot tub, billards, exercise room, breakfast, nice location
Cons: Wish it was closer to downtown Chicago, but if it wasnt for traffic would be good.
Location: In Naperville, lots of choices for food and just about anything else within 20 miles.
Great place with friendly staff, Shannon went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great place for the family.

Chicago Trip

Pros: Staff were genuinely friendly, and provided all assistance without a second thought.
Location: We decided to stay in this area because the very reasonable hotel expense and nearby attractions. The ride into downtown was a simple drive.
We stayed a small distance from downtown and found the area of Naperville and Warrenville to be very relaxing and accommodating. The town of Naperville is very nice, reminded me of the local shopping area of San Diego, and the location of the hotel provided a well panned sports park in short distance.

I have stayed here several times and this is my first choice in the area.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Great weekend rates.

Nice hotel - good for family stay

I am from India and I had to stay in this neighborhood for three months on business along with my family. It was a great experience staying all this long at this place. The staff was friendly and my kid and wife had a great time during the stay. The small kitchen present in the 1 bedroom suite was very helpful in sticking with Indian cuisine.
