Pool was amazing! Best ever. Security was great, very tight. All workers were friendly. Unit 1303 floor was extremely dirty. Feet were black after walking on floor. Wore shoes the entire time. Rest of the unit was clean. Floor had not been mopped, just vacuumed. Found 2 roaches and 1 silverfish in bathroom. But the worst was check in. Had to drive to another location 1 1/2 miles down the beach in spring break traffic to check in. When I arrived I could hear people on the phone renting other units. Took over 10 minutes and me calling out for them to bother to come and check me in. Prices on Travelocity were incorrect as parking was supposed to be included. Had to pay $50 extra to park. Beautiful property but lots of frustrating problems, especially with 3 kids waiting to go to the pool!

Thank you for your feedback. It was unfortunate that you visited us during spring break when offsite check in is required for varification of age. During any other time all of our communications and the check in process is done through our mobile app which is very well received by our guest. The additional fees are listed on Travelocity but it is not clearly stated in the booking process, this is not something we can control. If you book direct with us all of this is disclosed during the process. We will make our housekeeping staff aware that better care needs to be taken in cleaning the floors. Shores of Panama

room was bigger than expected for a 1 bedroom. could have been cleaned better. we had a baby with us and when he crawled around on the floor his knees, legs and hands were covered in dirt. the carpet needs to be replaced very badly. elevators are awful. at least a 30 min wait to get on and off. we waited 1 time for over an hour just to get onto the elevator. parking deck is awful it takes forever to be able to get up and down in it. plenty of security made you feel safer. we will never stay here again because of the elevators and parking deck.

Hotel and pool on beach

Places was nice. The only negative things I will say is that check in took a while for our room to be ready. Also elevators were awful. They took forever and they were always full. They need more elevators. Also parking garage was confusing. There were reserved spots everywhere but hotel didn't know if our room had a reserved spot. Other than that we had a great time

Disappointed

I purchased two bed unit and i was initially assigned to one bed unit. It took about an hour to be assigned to right unit since the arrival. Also you cannot call front desk from the unit. I called a few times from my cell phone and system put me on hold basically forever. at one point, i waited for 35 minutes and no one answered. I went down to front desk and asked why they don't answer.... They say " We are too busy to answer the phone"  the last thing, resort fee is tooooo expensive. i would not use this resort again.
