"The room was perfect for our needs and the staff was excellent! They were very responsive when we had to change our plans letting us keep the same room. One of the staff members helped us get into our room twice when we managed to wipe our key card 🙄. The staff around our room knew us after the first day and were helpful with even extraordinary needs They were even friendly with our dog 😊. And cookies! After hard days clearing out our storage unit cookies were greatly appreciated!"

"The hotel itself was very nice, our room was spectacular and the bed was very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi was great as well. What I'm not happy about is that when you check in, you have to pay a $100 security deposit by card only in which the staff said would be returned back to the card in about 3 business days. Well, it is now business day 6 and they still have not released the deposit. I called yesterday to make sure everything was okay (we caused no damage to the room, all we did was sleep and go swimming)to ask why they hadn't released it yet and was then advised that it can take 3-10 days to get it back. I'm sorry, but that is absurd in this day and age and absolutely not what they said when we checked in. As much as we liked this hotel, we probably wont book again due to this. In this economy every penny counts and is vital to people getting by. I now see this seems to be a common issue with this hotel based on reviews. Maybe they should reevaluate the system they use and accept cash deposits to combat their slow system. What a shame."

"Very old hotel, freshened up with paint, rooms small, air conditioner very noisy, too hot to turn it off, queen bed only option, comfort OK. Staff were awesome, professional and very helpful, breakfast was limited, and oatmeal was lukewarm warm and gluggy. Location was great for the concert we attended in town. Easy on and off the freeway."
