I enjoyed my birthday weekend at Loews Ventana Resort. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and friendly. However, you can see carpeting and bedding is quite used. Having said this I will surely return again.

Strong Perfume Smell

Overall the resort was very good. However, when you enter the lobby there is an aroma (strong perfumy) smell that is off-putting. I am extremely allergic to perfumes and this made it very hard to breathe and I had allergy/cold-like symptoms during our entire stay. Will really have to think about returning just for this reason alone.

Exquisite location

Stunning views and property. Close to nature but with all the amenities. Perfect location if you enjoy hiking. Wonderful service and the staff is friendly and professional.
