The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a Expedia VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. It was lovely. Lobby, bar area were beautiful with music on Friday and Saturday evenings. The pool, room, and overall property were also very nicely looked after and looked after. Very happy with our stay!

I have never had issues here and I have been coming here for years. For some reason on this night a staff member at the front desk that I have never seen before, Heather was her name was absolutely intent on making sure that I didn't check in.
