"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors. "This is now our favourite resort for sure!!! The food is amazing, no matter where we ate we always left full and happy! It was really easy to make reservations for the restaurants we wanted to try, we just made sure to be on the website by 9am and never had any issues.The whole resort including the rooms were super nice and clean, the resort is also the perfect size and everything is just a few minutes walk which we loved. The pools were big and there was a lot of seating around each one. We spent most of our time at the pool with the swim up bar, the energy was awesome no matter the weather or time of day. Huge thank you to Eduardo who made the best drinks down at swim up bar all week, he was so friendly and knew our drinks before we even ordered!! The entertainment team is also amazing, Rose, Justin, Johnny, Fabian and Melissa made our trip so memorable, they had fun games like water polo and basketball and bingo as well as volley ball and water aerobics every single day! They always brought the energy, the best vibes and lots of laughs!! The night shows are also great and entertaining for any age. No matter where you are on the resort the staff is so nice and helpful, like I said this is now our favourite resort and we will for sure be back next year <3"
