Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya - All Inclusive
"Our trip to Dreams Aventuras for us can be described with one word, mediocre. Or average, we've not necessarily had a bad experience, but nothing stood out either, there were definitely some lesser parts though. We were in the preferred club room 133, this was a huge room, and housekeeping was stellar, ..."

"Great stay for the money. It’s on the harbor side but there’s public beach access within walking distance. The hotel provides free bikes if walking isn’t your thing. Rooms are clean and have a typical hotel layout. The patio is equipped with a hammock and a beach lounger. There’s a small pool to ..."

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"Services, staff, and food were amazing! I’ll admit I was nervous after reading some of the other reviews before booking, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and genuinely helpful. The food was delicious with great variety. Their gift shop was a pleasant surprise — much better quality and prices on souvenirs than outside vendors or the airport. Highly recommend buying there. Only downside: One staff member approached us about a “complimentary breakfast” offsite because we booked through Expedia. He promised a free cabana, beach dinner, or $200 credit afterward. My husband looked it up and it was a timeshare presentation. We declined. He later insisted we’d be charged for not showing up since we “reserved.” We didn’t go, and weren’t charged. Just be aware and say no firmly if you’re not interested. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back. Don’t let the timeshare pitch scare you off — the hotel itself is fantastic."
