Another great Aloft stay

Very solid room, amenities, and comfortable bedding. I love that pets stay free! Parking is quite expensive but very secure. Really friendly and accommodating staff too!

THE COUCH HAD ALOT OF WHITE STAINS ON IT WE COVER IT WITH TOWELS TO SIT DOWN. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS BARELY COLD, THE POOL DIDN'T WORK, IT STATED BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED IN MY STAY BUT THEY DONT EVEN SERVE BREAKFAST, ITS ONLY 1 MICROWAVE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING. IN THE LOBBY.. Would never stay here again. Had to wait 25 min to check in. A hotel band played outside our room until 1:00 am . The room would be fine for one person, but when someone took a shower it was so bright

Perfect for a weekend stay when you have an event at the Cox Convention Center. You just walk over there. Only steps away and it is also accessible for strollers, wheelchairs, etc.

Downtown hotel

Great hotel and great service. Only thing that was a little concerning was you have enter through a gate. After check in we were given a code but when coming back from a concert we were not asked for code or any other identifying information. We pulled up And they lets us in the gate. For the most part the hotel was great and the customer service was great.

I completed all check in information on the app and was provided a room number prior to arrival. Upon arrival I was given my room key card and it turns out they had checked someone else in under my name. Meaning, they did not check the ID of that person to verify they were placed under the correct reservation ( found out later they had a very similar last name) the attendant at the front desk was able to secure another room for me and told me that happens a lot. Which is very concerning… also, one of the other attendants were very rude, interrupting constantly while we were trying to resolve this issue and asking questions like where are more staples.
