We had to clean the heart shape tub in our room it was brown do we opt out of that the staff is great entertainment yes loved it . But really need to do better cleaning the rooms my last day before leaving I spotted bed bug so bring your Lysol

The room was clean breakfast buffet it was good. Lots of amenities so that was a plus no complaints outside of the indoor pool being zero degrees in the fall..other than that I would definitely go back

The first room had a broken toilet, moved up into a different room. The slider doors' curtains were hanging off rod. Carpets were dirty, furniture was badly beaten up. Towels were discolored, sink is cracked. We were there only 1 night. Glad to leave.
