Run down, construction in same areas for over a year in same areas, large cobwebs in our room. We had gone to the pool on 2nd night and no towels. Went to the front desk and the woman at front desk told us they had no towels for the pool so we asked from dry rooms towels and were told they had none and we saw them in housekeeping. She was useless and I believe wife of GM. GM was friendly, but she was very sparky."
