The rooms are in much need of repair. The blankets were very old, torn, and had crusty patches. There were no charging ports in the room. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bars and restaurants were not open. There is an atrium in the middle of the hotel that is open to all the floors. There was a lot of noise until 1 am.

The Property was nice in main areas clean and very welcoming - Pool Area was nice and the lightshow hide any possible dirty water like the hot tub had, hot tub water looked like old dirty bathwater not clean or welcoming - Great Customer Svc & Food in the Whiskey Restaurant & Breakfast Area. The Room: the linens were clean, but the the Sofa Bed had food in/on it & not the best linens for the Sofa Bed as these linens should be equal to the quality on the main beds. Layers of dirt on floor trim all over the room - black mold in bathroom tiles with hair stuck to multiple places in the shower, cobwebs in most corners including behind mirror in bathroom - large crack in Counter in bathroom - Cabinet with Micro/Frig would not close & had visible damage inside & out - Big Room so that was nice just needs some TLC and Deep Cleaning

The water temp was warm at best. I paid good money for a jacuzzi room and to not be able to use it because the water temp was to cold to even sit in the tub. What a waste.

The staff was great. The first room that I went in, the bedding was dirty on both beds. The second room I got put in had multiple safety hazards. I feel that I paid way too much for this room for the problems that I encountered.

Front desk person was great! It would have gotten a five star, but the bartender kicked us out of the bar at midnight. He said he can close early if there's not a lot of people. There were 5 of us and a group of 5-6 at a table. Two were playing pool and he wouldnt even let them finish their game.
