So many things to choose from. There was a large selection of food from hot to cold. They kept plenty of supplies coming.

The room was very clean. We could hear the people in the room next door which was not good. Even at 11pm. It continued and I called the front desk 5 times and no one answered. Like the phone was off the hook. I learned that I will always state “no connecting room”. As I think it would have better to have a full wall to prevent the noise. When I checked out I went to the front desk and was going to tell them but no one was around.

Two major concerns after staying one night. We arrived around 8-9pm for Checkin and were there to only sleep. The bed was comfortable, but inside the room was incredibly dry and humidity had to of been 10-20% because my fiancé woke up with a nose bleed and we both had terrible slight cough/mucus the next day. It was incredibly hard to sleep with this dryness in the room as your entire mouth and breathing is super dry. Thankfully we brought our own water because the bottles there were $5. (VIP Members get free drinks and others perks… which I am.. but I never have once gotten any VIP treatment anywhere). The shower was completely disconnected from the wall and the spigot/shower head was loose and free spinning. There was no changing water settings you could only change if the water was going to be mainly hitting the wall or the curtain. Both of these options were incredibly inconvenient as they led to massive amounts of water on the bathroom floor making it incredibly slippery. For two of us showering we used every single towel on just the floor alone. This added an extra 30 minutes to our morning easily. We left the room spotless with just a pile of towels from the shower and two trash cans of trash. I was charged a $30 late fee that was so unexceptionable without knowing the reasons. Most places charge this amount for 5 hours of extended time and service. We left at 12:30. Every hotel I’ve stayed at I could stay till 12-1pm for free no problem. I’m glad to be a VIP member.
Soaked floor and used towels after 2 showers. Won’t let me add the shower video but I want to add the removed shower head picture. For $170 a night this is the worst shower condition ever.
Water on floor after turning the shower on for 1 minute to record a video. Pants and phone were soaked just from doing this.
