Staff has always been friendly. Only complaint i had with the condo was we couldn't take a hot shower in master bathroom because valve is messed up and it wouldn't go over to hot and the window above the TV was covered in spiderwebs but everything else was clean and in working order. Housekeeping actually came back after checking in to inspect the dishes to make sure they were clean.

Thought it was odd that there was no salt or pepper and that no employees are on site after 10pm. Wish there was a hot tub! It gets a little loud with traffic at night, but not too bad. Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient. Once they allowed the pool to be open the kids loved that. They also loved the free arcade games. There really needs to be more than 1 elevator. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Water pressure and temp was great and wifi never messed up. Hated that their phones weren’t working well though. The condo was very spacious and clean.
