Really enjoyed my stay and the room was wonderful, except for some reason my room card had bbq sauce on it and the hot water only made it to warm. Other than that I would’ve given a 5 star rating. The hotel itself was beautiful and the beds super comfy

Over the years they have become more pet friendly to the point our most recent stay was like staying in a dog kennel. They even allow cats now - I’m a cat lover, no way would I ever take a cat to a hotel . Almost done with Hilton

Breakfast is not included, which isn’t really clear when you check in. The beds and pillows are fairly worn and squeaky. Front desk staff at check in was good but front desk Saturday morning was not friendly. Digital key wouldn’t work and after being told “I need to be near a door” to make it work, as though I wouldn’t understand that functionality.
