Staff (front desk workers included) spoke so little English and understood so little English that communicating or asking questions was difficult. Firepits by pool would emit gas but not ignite making a potentially dangerous situation.

Although the hotel was fairly new, beautiful and clean, and the staff were very friendly, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with our stay. We checked into our rooms without any issues then headed out to dinner. Upon our return my husband and I were unable to get back into our room where all of our belongings were. Several key cards were tried but to no avail. We sat in the lobby until approximately 10:45 pm while the manager and maintenance man tried to access our room. We were put in another room (without our belongings of course to rest while they continued to try to access the room. We received a call from the front desk at 11:30 stating the maintenance man would return at 7:30 am with tools to get in. The next morning they finally ended up having to cut a whole through the connecting door of our daughters room to access our room so finally at approximately 8:30 am the next day we were able to retrieve our belongings, just in time to check out. We were supposed to be receiving a refund from Travelocity for these room charges but have seen nothing come through as of yet.

Everything is new No Microwave in room, so had to use the confusing one in the snack area. Breakfast was great but not free Automated blinds kinda silly. Loved the mood lighting under bed and above tray ceiling.

Checked in after an 11 hour drive only to fond roaches crawling around the floor and out of the bathroom shower. Changed rooms because it was late at night and no other options to leave and found hair on the comforters. To top it off, taking a shower in the morning the drains flooded and we could take a minimum 5 min shower before the water went over the sides. Rooms 401 terrible! No compesation or apologies from the staff. Will never return. Top many good places nearby for next time.

Liked it, just short of loved it

The good: new, clean, GREAT beds, location, room lighting, tons of TV channels, value, coffee. The not-so-good: no water for 7 hours one day (no one’s fault I know, but still a hassle), hot water issues after water was back on, breakfast was $9.99 and typical hotel breakfast quality, not a warm and fuzzy hotel vibe. Most front desk folks were nice but there was one who did not go out of there way to make you feel welcome. Overall a good place and I would definitely stay again… just maybe not my first choice.
