Although the hotel was fairly new, beautiful and clean, and the staff were very friendly, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with our stay. We checked into our rooms without any issues then headed out to dinner. Upon our return my husband and I were unable to get back into our room where all of our belongings were. Several key cards were tried but to no avail. We sat in the lobby until approximately 10:45 pm while the manager and maintenance man tried to access our room. We were put in another room (without our belongings of course to rest while they continued to try to access the room. We received a call from the front desk at 11:30 stating the maintenance man would return at 7:30 am with tools to get in. The next morning they finally ended up having to cut a whole through the connecting door of our daughters room to access our room so finally at approximately 8:30 am the next day we were able to retrieve our belongings, just in time to check out. We were supposed to be receiving a refund from Travelocity for these room charges but have seen nothing come through as of yet.

Great Stay!

It was a great centrally located hotel with extremely nice rooms and accommodations. The room was very clean, well stocked with lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We had a lovely weekend stay for our anniversary.

Everything is great. Very clean and quiet. The only suggestion for the hotel, would be to have larger trash cans. People were putting trash in what i believed were flower pots? Out front. They seemed to get the trash cleared really quickly, but would its wasnt crazy noticeable. Other than that, 5/5.

When I booked it said pay at property. They do take out full amount morning of check in. If you are splitting with someone remember this. We waited 15 min before someone checked us in. The lights in the room kept going on and off. They advertised a party with drinks and food. We thought it was free it wasn’t. It was only if you ordered your own. No breakfast unless you buy it. For the price it was not what I expected at all. We come to Pigeon Forge once a month. We try to stay at a different hotel every time. So many more out there that cost less and it just as nice!

The hotel was recently built. Reviews looked good, & iit seemed very clean and modern online. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was the least bit friendly. She wasnt rude, just very blunt. She never once mentioned any of the amenties, like what time the restaurant was opened for breakfast or lunch. When asked about a military discount she said that it shouldve been taken care of before booking the room, although it was never an option when we booked. I realize we booked through a third party, but there is also no mention on their main wesbite, i had to google it in order to find that they even offered it. The clerk did not offer any way of taking care of it for us, nor was she even polite about the situation. Went entering our room, i went to use the bathroom, and saw loose hairs in the shower, and on the towel that they put down for the floor. After making a joke about it with my husband, i turned our comforter back to see how clean the bed was, and found hair stuck to the linens. Im not saying that finding hair is the end of the world, but it is definitely a turn off and makes you wonder if the place is clean, or maybe housekeeping just sheds all over the place. When going to brush my teeth, the sink in the bathroom filled up quickly and would not drain very fast. They took care of this after i submitted a request. The shades they have are pretty fancy, but would go up and down during the middle of the night by themselves & woke us up. A brand new hotel, but a # of issues.
