I don't know what the Motel 6 chain is like in general now, but this one is a dump staffed by people who don't care. I was first given a smoking room despite reserving nonsmoking; however, when I went to the room it was not even cleaned yet. Then I was given a nonsmoking room which was just being finished (at 10PM, despite checkout time of 11AM). I stood outside the door in the cold and rain while it was finished. It seemed reasonably clean after that. However, there was no soap nor cup provided, so I could not really wash in the shower and had to use an old water bottle for drinking. The sink faucet had no aerator so the water shot out in a high speed stream that splashed all over the place. Finally, the entire exterior area of the property is filthy. It is clear that nobody cares about this place.

Im very upset i went online and booked this room for.my son i received a confirmation etc when my son arrived he was informed that they were not able.to locate the information instead of paying 85 dollars they charged me 104 even thou i sent them alk the info that i received in my email very upsetting
