The Neighborhood: We are on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.
Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options getting around the area!
Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Great Location!
This property is fantastic for staying in Tempe to enjoy all of the activities nearby! We were in town for a music festival, but also took in a baseball game and went on an E bike excursion. Parking is incredibly easy with a large parking lot right across the street that is well lit.
The apartment was very clean, and the patio was great for morning coffee. The bed is only a double, and so feels a little small but comfortable.
The kitchen has minimal plates, pots and pans, a 2 cup coffee maker, but no spices or paper products including coffee filters. If you plan to cook meals here it is a little difficult- and definitely no Tupperware products or aluminum for saving food.
It is directly in the fight flight path for the Phoenix airport, but flights do stop in the night for better sleeping.
The pool and hot tub are very clean and we could always get in without feeling like it was crowded.
Overall a great place to stay, hoping they will expand their kitchen supplies into the future.
