"The water situation was horrible. The smell was unbearable. The color of the water in the toilet was the color of urin. Was not able to bathe for to the smell of the water. No reason why the water tanks can’t be treated like swimming pools."

"The resort was definitely not clean, there was iguana poop everywhere, all over walkways, in the pools and lazy river. Lazy river was always full of debris like sticks and leaves.
