We had a great time at Las Brisas. It was the first time at this resort for my family. The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly as well as efficient. We liked the food at the individual restaurants a lot more than the buffet. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't more local cuisine offered at the buffet. The resort is quite spread out but there are golf carts available for shuttling guests around. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would stay at Las Brisas again.

Very large, clean resort. Plenty of beach space with three to choose from. Probably the best food ever had at an all inclusive. Lots of activities to take part in with an emphasis on tennis and pickleball. Great staff. Very comfortable beds. Great snorkeling right off the beach.

Great resort, the staff was really friendly, especially the kids club, waiters, and animators. They need to update the cars that take people around the hotel, they are very polluting. The space is huge, they could have beach volleyball and other fun activities like parties in the evenings after the shows.

The place was excellent, the hotel it’s nice but our room was old and the bathroom had a leak and our stuff get wet, the staff was great and they fix it immediately.

The staff is so professional and It’s an old but functional hotel; however, it does need general maintenance. Some areas look old and neglected, such as the bar and snack area. The fans don’t work, and at times the food is not the best. I think the price is a bit high. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Mid-level resort that caters to travellers from Mexico 60-70% and Canada 25-35%. The resort is large so to get around you need to ride shuttles (open side/back small gas / diesel vehicle with side / back seats). You cannot quickly pop back to your room if you forget something. You tip the drivers about 20-40 pesos. The beaches are good and there's a small reef to snorkle at. It is difficult to get a beach chair during high season unless you are a very early bird. Beach drink service can be slow but the better you tip, the better the service. The rooms are dated. We stayed in the beach club. This gives you a pretty good sea view from the upper floors. The Club lounge is hokey for a 'premium' area. Bed is good. Your fridge will be stocked daily if you get out of the room at a decent time. The toilet in our room wasn't bolted down and the safe didn't work. The shower above ours had a small leak into our shower. The food is mid like a low-mid vegas buffet. A large part of the customer base is hispanic so you will find the buffet split between Canadian foods and Mexican specialties. There is no air conditioning in the buffet - just fans. The washroom has air con. We ate in the fish restaraunt and it was really bad food. The mexican rest. Is full of birds during the breakfast. Main bar has limited seating. The booths will be taken up with families with young kids. Drinks are mid. Cocktails are bad - cheap syrops. Eat and drink in town 4 quality.

Las Brisas had an amazing beach—absolutely perfect, 5 out of 5! It felt just like a giant saltwater swimming pool. The room, staff, and housekeeping were excellent, also 5 out of 5. Our room was spotless and looked freshly cleaned every day. The food was just okay, maybe a 3 out of 5. We found out their longtime chef retired after possibly 37 years, so perhaps the new one is still getting settled in. The only downside was all the stairs, a 2.5 out of 5. There was constant climbing. They did have shuttles, but they were often full or had long waits. Overall, I’d give it a 4 out of 5, I’d definitely go back!
