This was our 3rd stay at Las Brisas, and it was a good think that we had been there before because the staff gave us no welcome information, no guidance at all. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. We were quite on our own. The cleaning and grounds staff work so hard and do a very good job. The rooms are *nothing* to be excited about BUT, they are very clean and well attended to. The washrooms around the resort were kept very clean.

Nerri did an amazing job cleaning our room every day. It’s a great beach to swim and snorkel at. They also have Hobby Cats, kayaks, and paddle boards to use.

Beautiful beaches, pickleball courts, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling (particularly at the activity beach) yoga/reiki sessions with Roberto, and other activities. Main pool was closed for two of our afternoons there … staff could have been more straightforward about reasons and timing of the reopen! Didn’t seem like the kids’ pool/area was used much. Would be nice to have had 2 adults only pools. Very clean property and rooms for the most part. Was given an unacceptable room when we checked in … this was rectified but we were not compensated in any way for taking a downgrade in rooms. Loved the vastness of the property and the many places to explore! Entertainment and buffet breakfast staff were exceptional and made our days very enjoyable!

The location is amazing. We heard people think the hills were too much but it wasn’t at all and we were there as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5. Staff were lovely. Our view from our room was stunning. The transport around the resort was amazing. Staying with a nature reserve with all the birds, lizards, and more is hard to beat with an all-inclusive. I think the biggest thing for us was the food and drinks were fine. We don’t expect a lot from all-inclusives when it comes to food and some things were delicious! But for the most part I’d say the food was simply fine and not over exciting. The drinks are catered to those who like sugary pre-mixed drinks. The in-room drinks/snacks were also a quite average to disappointing compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at. Almost daily we had to write our requests (like caffeinated coffee, not decaf) so there wasn’t a system to keep a record for the guests in that sense. BUT staff were LOVELY! The location was great. And we all loved our trip. Not only that but there was birthday cake waiting in our room one night as we were there for my 40th birthday. A few simple improvements could really make this place something else. We would still travel there again. Oh and the resort is quiet - which is a plus for me. In the sense no late night music blaring or anything like that. I like my sleep :)

Lovely. Fabulous ocean swimming area. Great little breakfast buffet with tables right next to the ocean. I'm vegetarian. Lots of food choices at the buffet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and excellent servers bringing drinks all day. Good snorkeling right at the beach area, lots of fish, a turtle and an eel spotted.

Room was clean and good size but property is big so you have to account for the time it takes to move around, either walking or using the transport carts. The beaches are great, with lots of options to sit, order drinks, and swim. Staff were very attentive and always helped us with everything we needed. There are several food options but food quality was not great, we dinned once at the Arab food restaurant and the food was ok but nothing great, the seafood restaurant (El Pescador) was very good. Overall we had a great time at this property.
