It felt like previous reviews and the amenities oversold this place. When we arrived around 9 pm on a Saturday night, the sole person behind the desk was gone, probably dealing with something else that was unstaffed or taking a short break and I and other guests were just standing around wondering when we'd get checked in. The guest rooms are modern with easy-to-clean surfaces but nonetheless when my husband woke up he stepped on a piece of glass a previous guest had left behind. There was a bar with no bartender, "room service" with no apparent kitchen, and the "hot breakfast" is a la carte with prices unknown, but FWIW, there is a Denny's almost next door.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Pool was fun! The room did had a couple of scuffs around the shower and furniture, definitely showing signs of wear and tear. I wish the beds/pillows had been more comfortable. The room didn’t have a microwave either.

The hotel is pretty new. It’s located very close to universal studios and just off the highway. It’s dog friendly and has a good grassy area for walking a dog. I had a king bed suite. It was large with a very nice living room area.

Our room had a few issues the shower had a large hole covered by tape, in need of repairs. We didn't have rugs for outside the shower and it was very slick on the tile. If they offered breakfast with your stay I wasn't made aware of that. Parking was never a problem and close to the parks.
