I have stayed at this property several times in the past and as usual it was a wonderful experience! The condo was clean with plenty of room for us to relax. The property is quiet, safe and convenient to parks, dining and shopping. Will definitely return to Vista Cay next time staying in Orlando.

Wonderful experience. No complaints, no issues. Rented 3 bedroom standard condo for 7 days. I’m a single mother traveling with 3 daughters (11,18,&19) the condo was the perfect size. Pool and hot tub was very nice and not too busy. Grocery store and shopping center walking distance. Walgreens on premises was great also. We will stay again! Thanks Vista Cay Cozy Casas for a fantastic vacation!

Clean and quiet.

Condo and amenities were very clean and comfortable. Condo area was very quiet as well. Had a great stay. Only improvements I’d like to see is more cooking supplies and towels and wash rags. Having a spatula or a few more cooking utensils would’ve been nice. We only had 3 in our group but condo slept 6. If we had enough to fill the condo we would’ve only had enough wash cloths for 1 day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the resort is close to everything. Also the pool was nice, water was just the right temp. Definitely will stay again.

Everything was nice . The apartment, the pool , only thing I didn’t like was one we were told to leave the pool cause they thought we didn’t she the pool passes but the security guard had a few choice words with the man lol

Beautiful spacious apartment. The surrounding property was quiet, very clean. Only issues i had was whomever stayed upstairs from us walked very heavily very early in the morning. And sounded like kids were running in the unit above us. The laundry room Towel rack was very dusty. The pots were dirty. I cleaned everything i used before i used it and made sure everything was cleaned before i checked out. One of the bedrooms had a lamp that we couldn't use because the knob for the switch was missing and the prongs for the plug was very bent. But overall the whole apartment looked just like the photos. After a long day at the parks we were able to come back to the apt and everyone was able to scatter to their rooms and relax without having to be ontop of eachother like we would have been in a regular hotel. The pool was nice. The temperature was just right. Plenty of seating to relax poolside. Overall we were very pleased with vista cay and hopefully if we make it back to orlando will definately like to stay here again

Property was clean. Having the convenience of a full kitchen, and washer and dryer was a plus. Only problem was the room with the 2 beds on the 3rd floor was warm. The fan was not fully operational. The fan speed would not increase past a low speed. The fan needs to be replaced. Maybe blackout curtains could help keep the temperature down since the sun shines in the room most of the day.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment. Also huge - easily accommodated our family of six. Great communication and easy check-in and out. Very convenient to Universal and Seaworld and very close to I-Drive for restaurants/bars/shopping. Great value for money if you're a large group. Highly recommend!

Super nice place!

Awesome place with plenty of room for ADA needs. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable - would have liked a throw blanket or two for the couch - there was nothing other than bedspread. Had a little odd of an odor but nothing bad and not animal smell. Just a smell that stood out when you walked in. Other than that everything was wonderful. Loved all the furniture choices and plenty of counter space. Loved it!
