We selected this property because it was near convention center and it was great pool was a little overcrowded not able to find much shade but I think that was due to the other pool being closed the condo could use some fans and places to hang towels in guest bathroom but overall it was excellent and great location will rent again

Great Location for a Family Universal Trip!

This place was great, it was walking distance to Publix, a great burger spot, a Chinese takeout spot, dunkin and a bunch more. The rooms were good, they did smell a touch like a mildewy rag when we got there. The only big negative was that and the floors literally turned our feet black. We messaged the manager and had a mop and bucket (we told them we would handle it) quickly. After that it was much better. Definitely recommend - don’t let the floor deter you. I’m sure that’s not the norm! The place is easy to find and navigate. It was about 11 minutes to the Universal parking garage.

The property was ideal for five of us. Its location ideal for Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, all within 10 minutes. Magic Kingdom was less than 30 minutes and once you get your bearings, easy drives. The pools on property were spacious but quite busy when we were there. Having a grocery store, coffee shop along with burger bar, sushi spot, NY Pizza all within three minutes and you don’t have to leave the complex.

Condo was very spacious, clean and modern. Had no issues with check-in. Complex was safe and lots of parking. Two nice heated pools with jacuzzi. Location is close to grocery store, restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome Apartment

We stayed at the apartment while attending national meeting. It was very cozy, we would have liked to have additional blankets to put on the bed as it was cool in December and we had the heat turned on. Can't wait to stay next time we come to Florida!

Wonderful location and condo

This was an excellent location! Close to everything, and very clean. Property owner responded quickly to messages. The dryer in the unit did take a couple of times to dry the clothes but it worked and got the job done.
