I am sorry to say this was a NIGHTMARE from beginning to end. When my family and I arrived we were told bluntly that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation would not be honored. We were NEVER contacted that this would happen. The manager said we could go to a "sister" property down the road. When I asked how we should get there, he rudely replied "Just call yourself an uber i guess". We were then informed we needed to come BACK the following day for the remainder of our trip. Thus a 2nd UBER ride to pay for. When we returned the next day we waited over an hour in line as there was only a TRAINEE at the desk and he sadly had no idea how to help people. When we finally made it to the front the TRAINEE had no knowledge of the problem we had faced and was unsure how to help us. The manager finally arrived and we made it to our room 83 minute after arriving. When we got to the room our luggage was not there and it took another two hours for it to be located. They proceeded to charge us for three days of parking when we had no car!!!!! This was a nightmare for my family from start to finish and I can only hope that something will be done to compensate my family for this terrible experience. I hope to hear from you soon.
