The staff was super friendly and welcoming upon check in. Only negative was the hotel was a little loud. We could hear other guests slamming doors at 3 am and could also hear road noise from our room. Staff was great, property clean, free breakfast and parking, and in a safe area with tons to do near the hotel.

There was no internet for 2 days i cheked in. I had to use my Canadian number and internet services which costed me over $200 and that was unexpected. The staff was very uncomfortable and not at all cooperative. The shower head was dancing and washroom and rooms were under my expectations. Even on the day of my check out my wife was sleeping and someone tried to open the door without her consent. This happened in the morning. When i returned the key on my last day there were no greetings from the front desk person and they were all rude. My experience with this hotel was terrible and will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

The employees were absolutely incredible, they reached out via text to see if I needed anything or had any questions. At one point when I asked for towels at at night time , an employee quickly replied and another employee had towels within 5 minutes!! Linda, Bella, and Alejandra were so kind to me. Parking was really nice, the room was very clean and sheets were nice.
