The room was clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Free parking on premises and check in was easy. Only issue to mention is water pressure and water temperature, pressure is slightly weaker than most Hilton hotels and the water is just warm, doesn’t get hot.

The bedspread had a visible brown mark in it, and it was never changed out, I was there for 4 nights. I just switched to the other bed. The elevator was very slow.

We were really disappointed with our recent stay. We had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but when we arrived, the front desk told us there was an "issue" and that they didn’t have any king rooms available. Instead of offering a genuine apology or a reasonable solution, the staff member told us they’d “upgrade” us to a room with two double beds at no extra charge. This wasn’t a favor—they were giving us something less than what we paid for and acting like they were doing us a kindness by not charging more. That rubbed us the wrong way. If anything, a discount or at least an actual apology would’ve been appropriate. To make things worse, the beds were smaller than queen size and super uncomfortable. Definitely not what we were expecting or promised when we booked. Poor customer service and no accountability. Won’t be staying here again.
