Pre visit emails kept asking for the same information without acknowledging when they received the information. List of guests was requested multiple times for the key card. No key cards were ever provided. Worst thing was not bothering to supply us with a gate code to access the property. Every other place we've stayed at bent over backwards to make sure our stay went well. Blaming the HOA for not providing them with the code is NOT acceptable. Knowing you have paid guests arriving, you should be making sure they give you the code and give it to us or have someone there to meet us and let us in.. The place itself looked nice but was not as user friendly as we are used too. No place to hang towels in bathroom, cheapest toilet paper with no extra. Smelly scratchy towels. No laundry basket. Laundry room hard to use. How are you expected to get wet clothes out of washer and into dryer when only one of them is accessible with the sliding doors. No instructions where the trash dumpster is located. Trash can works poorly. Nice large kitchen sink but no sprayer on faucet. Thermastat being located upstairs is very inconvenient. Furniture in the loft was very uncomfortable.
