We found many stains on the furniture and the bedding, the room was missing lights, the phone reception was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable and very squishy. There were also out ants found in the room around the sink area.

The 1st night getting our room 311 walking in had a bad smell but we go there so late we just crashed, in the morning we found someone else’s socks on the floor under the bed looked like a bag of chips had been spilled and a plastic fork stuck in sink drain. The staff was really helpful especially the guy from Morocco, he got us into a new room that was really clean. 2nd day we went to hot tub ummm gross is all I can say

The pool and hot tub were out of commission. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor the shampoo dispenser was broke and the toilet would run periodically.

Everything was great but…

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was very large. We picked this specific hotel based on the reviews of the pool and hot tub. We always like to take a hot tube when we vacation. It was our deciding factor but the pool and hot tub were closed. I guess they had some issue the day before and could not get someone out due to the weather. It’s understandable and the management was sincere in their apology about it. They did not charge us the amenities fee because of it. We were just really bummed about the pool area being closed because that’s why we chose this particular hotel. Would have been a 4 star review if the pool worked. There is a Starbucks next door that is a one minute walk away. That is a huge bonus if you are a coffee person because traffic in Lincoln City is getting out of hand and it can be hard to take a left turn or get back into traffic once you do pull off.

Unfortunately, the floor in our room wasn't clean--there was a sticky substance--soda or something on the floor and it tracked everywhere in the room. Rooms were noisy--we could hear the guests across the hall from us at all hours. The breakfast was interesting--only way to get eggs and sausage was to request them be served to you from the kitchen.

Pleasant staff. Clean property, beds are very soft, almost too squishy. If you don’t like hearing your upstairs neighbors, ask for a 3rd floor room. The lack of carpet in the rooms causes noise every time someone above you walks. That is my only advise. Liked my stay, did not like my heavy-heeled neighbors upstairs.
