It was horrible, the room smelled and made my daughter and I sick, we kept our mask on and I just couldn’t do it I felt like I had to run out, which we did. The Tv didn’t work and when I went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. There was a big red stain on the floor and some hair in the bed that looked like pubic hairs. When I let the lady at the front desk know why she said maybe the manager could give a discount. That didn’t happen, $152.30 for 30 minutes that felt like

The location was perfect for us. It was nice to have a pool and the breakfast was fine. It also was great to have a room that had three beds. My biggest complaint is that it wasn’t very clean. I don’t think they vacuumed very well and did not vacuum during our three night stay. Also there were big wads of hair on the pool deck.

I stayed Dec. 1-3rd in room 308 and my (left) bed and sofa bed had bedbugs. I reported this the day I checked out (it was why we checked out, we planned to stay one whole month) and no one has gotten back to me. My twin daughters had bed bug bites on their wrists and feet. I am so mortified by this! The TV didn't work (went out six times SIX TIMES during their party) the phone didn't work when we got there I had to call for room service from my cell, the alarm NEVER worked (they asked me, did I really need it? are you serious?). I loved the workers, but the hotel was abysmal. I spent $412 getting their bites treated! We moved across the street to the La Quinta IMMEDIATELY after check in. I will write a review on every site if I have to, I don't want other people getting bit!! Gross!!!

The room was not bad, but the breakfast was an extreme disappointment. I don't expect a lot from a hotel continental breakfast bar, but when the eggs from the hot chaffing dish are room temperature and the yogurt from the refrigerator is warmer than the eggs, it is inedible and unacceptable.

Such a waste of my hard earned money.

Pros: Leaving
Cons: Bug spray, fixing toilets, rooms smelled of mildew because of leaky walls/Windows. Fixing heater so smoke alarms won't go off.
Location: A few fast food places were nearby. Didn't like the no left turn street. The highway is on the left. Have to go out of your way to get to it.
I will never stay at this hotel. Room was dirty, walls leaked from rain, had to use 2 of my bath towels to catch the leak. I decided to call tolerate hotel staff know. They came and took a picture with their phone and left. About ten minutes passed and I went to use the restroom and a foul odor (smelled like vomit) came from the toilet. There was no water in toilet, just a chunky nasty smelling film, so I reached to flush it and it almost overflow and filled water to the very top. I packed my things and went downstairs. They changed rooms with me, but it had the same issues the first one had. The walls/window was leaking. I had to use 2 of my big towels to place in the window. There were flying beetle looking bugs in the room, and a centipede looking thing in the toilet. It was cold in the room, so I turned on the heater, only to have both fire alarms in the room, go off. Not one hotel staff member came to check it out. Got no sleep because of stomping above me, most of the night. Around 3-4am, a car alarm went off for about 45 minutes. I drove home very tired and that was very dangerous. This made me not want to book on travelocity again, as I probably would not have been able to leave and get my refund.
