"We always enjoy breakfast at Silver Pine restaurant on the property. The pool and hot tub were good as well, although the pool was fairly cold to stay in for very long. Nice new playground equipment for kids was a surprise and my daughter loved it. We stay there on a regular basis and would overall rate it 5 stars for being clean, great atmosphere and a nice area right off of I 40"

"Not many amenities. Bets were comfortable. Bathroom sink would not drain at all. The air conditioner in the window was quite loud, but it did mute noise from downstairs and outside. downstairs staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. We had to park a couple of blocks away, walk to check-in, get a parking sticker for the parking lot. Walk back to our car, drive to the parking lot and then carry our bags in. try to avoid karaoke night, which is Thursday downstairs in the bar, and rooms on the third and fourth floor are quieter than the second."

"My experience with Hotel Aspen was beyond disappointing. The lack of customer service has been absolutely unacceptable. After my stay, I encountered an issue that should have been resolved quickly and professionally, yet I am still fighting to get my money back. Despite multiple attempts to work through both the hotel and Expedia, I have received little to no meaningful assistance. What is most frustrating is not just the financial issue itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and there seems to be no urgency whatsoever to resolve customer concerns. As a paying guest, I expected at least basic professionalism and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. A hotel’s reputation is built on how it treats guests when problems arise, and Hotel Aspen has failed miserably in that regard. The ongoing struggle to receive a refund has been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable if proper customer service had been provided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. I am shocked that this property continues to be recommended through Expedia given the level of service I received. Until they improve their customer support and take responsibility for resolving guest issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Aspen to anyone. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had."

"Room was clean but beds were uncomfortable. My hips are killing me. Would be nice to have a Chromecast feature on the tv. Breakfast area is great, but sausages tasted funny. Didn’t like a room facing a busy street. Lots of street noise. Very pet friendly. They have grass!!"

"Went to a concert at Fort Tuthill and this hotel was the perfect location, only a 7 min drive away Very close drive to downtown and nearby stores. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Only critiques would be the mattress was a bit hard and I wish our room had a fridge. But it definitely serves its purpose for the night."
