This was my third time staying here and will be my last. The first time I stayed here, I enjoyed the experience. Customer service was okay and the room was clean. The second time, I noticed the room was not as clean and poor attention to detail in maintenance. The third time I stayed the carpet needed a vacuum, walls were dirty, floor of the tub was black (I wore slippers and carried my son so he did not touch the tub), towels and sheets had holes. The worst part of my stay was when I was an hour and a half away from check out, I had just got out of the shower and luckily I had the latch on the door and cleaning crew kept trying to open the door. Thankfully they finally stopped as I was getting dressed I was not able to run to the door at that moment. Then thirty minutes before check out, I was loading up my car and went in to grab my items from the fridge and a man just came in after me and asked if I was checking out, I told him I just needed to grab my stuff from the fridge. Thinking he would get the hint and get out. But nope, then another woman came in and was just staring me down. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Last time I will stay here, recommended this place after my first stay, but now recommend you find another place to stay.

Was given key card to a room people were already staying in. There were bugs in the room, it was filthy, the sheets were itchy, the shower was disgusting.

The room was never cleaned during a 5 days stay. Had to take out my own trash. No new towels. The microwave was broken and had to be replaced. The fridge froze everything I put in it and ruined all my groceries.

I had to leave quickly and very early Saturday morning. I tried calling later to advise I had checked out and the phone system continued to hang up on me many times. You advertise a shower and bath comb but you have no plug available for a person to take a bath.

There were people smoking drugs on the walkway above our room, there was a fight happening next to our room our bed had pubic hair still in the sheets and to check in we had to use a kiosk while there was someone at the desk. We checked out after finding our room and getting the nerve to go in and check the inside, about an hour after check-in. We were told we could not get a refund. So, we are out that $127. I will not be going back to that property and will mot recommend to anybody not even an enemy.
