There were people smoking drugs on the walkway above our room, there was a fight happening next to our room our bed had pubic hair still in the sheets and to check in we had to use a kiosk while there was someone at the desk. We checked out after finding our room and getting the nerve to go in and check the inside, about an hour after check-in. We were told we could not get a refund. So, we are out that $127. I will not be going back to that property and will mot recommend to anybody not even an enemy.

Worst motel ever!

Towels were dirty with blood on them, room was not clean at all, and from dest customer service was extremely room. Had to come into my room at 10pm and fix the tv because they didn’t have the room ready properly then accused me of stealing a tv remote! Horrible experience worse I’ve ever had!

I know the property is supposed to be a non smoking facility and you cannot control the ‘smells’ everyone carries about them; but the room I was given smelled so horribly like smoke and filth I had a hard time breathing. I had to keep the window open most of my one night stay! The room had obviously been given a quick cleaning/straightening but the floor didn’t look vacuumed very well, there were hairs on the towels, some of the surfaces such as lamps, light switches, grimy wall areas, and around the doorknobs etc didn’t look like they had been washed in many months if not longer. The carpet and the curtains I’m sure contain the majority of the offensive smell; and if the facility would perhaps replace those two items throughout (maybe only install hard flooring that won’t absorb all manner of odors) it would increase the overall pleasant ambiance that is often desired. And perhaps keeping a designated area where ‘smoking’ people stay can improve QC for the rest of the facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful that I came in contact with. This is not intended as a ‘complaint’ review, Just my honest feedback and I hope it isn’t received in a negative way. Other than all that I quite enjoy staying at Studio 6.
