I stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The first night was fine, except for in the morning when they weren't open for breakfast at 7 a.m. I couldn't wait around too much longer since I had a tour. So much for their free breakfast. The second night was more problematic. They were having problems with shady people trying to stay in the room a couple of doors down from where I was staying. I heard the staff person telling them to get out in a loud voice. I guess they weren't listening because I went out to get food and they were still there but this time with two police cars and officers dealing with the situation. This is never a good scene when you're staying at a hotel. Also, the TV did not work. It had two remote controllers and there is no way to figure out how to operate them. The first night in the other room there was one remote and it was easy to use. I had to call on someone to help twice. The first time she said the source needed to be changed on one remote. After she did that, I couldn't change the channels, so I had to get her to come back. This time the sensor was hidden so she had to move it towards the front. Why would a guest know any of this. Anyway, I would never stay there again with them having shady people staying there. The first night there was an old man walking around talking to himself.
