Very nice place to stay in Page. However, I would mention the following: 1) The rooms are pretty much like a hotel, though they call themselves a resort. 2) On top, they charge a “resort fee” by calling themselves a resort! They say it is to cover pool, WiFi etc.! Totally uncalled for. 3) At check in, they offer lake/marina facing room for $20/$40 extra! Uncalled for, again. 4) We had a marina facing room ($20 extra). Nice view. But!! Whoever was the architect/designer strangely made 3 feet high balcony wall! Sitting on a chair in the balcony you are staring at a blank wall when there is a wonderful view of the lake and marina behind it! Why can’t there be a view grille or glass as balcony wall? Bummer.

The views from the restaurant was great. We liked the pool away from the main lobby. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated furniture scratched, the chairs on the balcony stained.

Registration was fast and easy, walked in resort, beautiful clean building, very friendly staff, very clean, comfy bed in the room, nice pool and spa area. Plenty of options for eating with the family at resort or a short drive to Page. Had a great time.

We would stay here again and again, it was the perfect area to stay at lake powell. We unfortunately had to leave early due to a family emergency and Ethan at the front desk was very compassionate and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view of the lake.

Nicks all over the walls, bugs crawling on me and on the bed. Front desk staff cold and abrupt. No outlets anywhere except the lamp between beds. No microwave. There was a screw sticking up through the floor a half inch off the floor near the tub. Gift shop staff was very kind and helpful. The resort is right next to the boat ramp. Walls are kind of thin. You hear your neighbors. Personally, I will not go back. Too many other options that are cheaper and nicer.

Beautiful area. Many of the visitors are there for the lake. We stayed while visiting Antelope and it was a quiet option. This is an older facility that has been updated but overall it was a nice stay. We were hot during the night though.

I saw several bad reviews about this place and I completely disagree with them. This facility is gorgeous, the location even more. Indeed, the room itself is not the best but it does the job and I don't think that you come to this amazing location for the room. I loved my stay here with my wife and two kids, it had everything we needed to enjoy this natural beauty. The staff was the not the most friendly and helpful though... but it's not like we need to interact that much with them anyway

The only problem with the room was that it hadn’t been modernized for the device charging era. No USB receptacles and not enough regular outlets. I had to plug my charging “octopus “ by the sink!
