When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed by how nice the lobby, restaurant and bar were. Beautiful modern and clean. At check in Catlin was ok but then she turned quickly when I ask if she had a room with a view of the lake, she was accommodating and found one for me but at an added cost of $40. I was surprised since the parking lot was not very crowed. I declined the upgrade and she was not happy. She put us in room L451 and boy was it a tiny room, smelled moldy and had a view of the roof. I would not recommend this hotel for the rooms but the amenities were great.

Did not get to check in stood in line up for an hour two hours after check in time room was not ready. The property looked very nice. They were short staffed for the amount of check outs that day. I did get a refund .

The service checking in was not good. But the location is beautiful, the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee shop was great and breakfast burrito was huge. I also appreciated a much friendlier desk person the morning of check out

I paid a good amount of money for a weekend stay here, saw the room photos online and thought they looked good, nice bathroom and clean set up. Well, after paying and driving 5 hours and checking in, we get to the room just to feel like I walked into a motel 6. Found what looked black mold on the ceiling!! Bathroom and room completely different than photos advertised and room was smelled disgusting, with an adjacent door to the next room. Went back to front desk and asked for a different room due to the concerns and misleading online advertising. The girl at the front desk was polite, but She said “oh well we will put you in building 6 because it has newer furniture.” Interesting, that she also didn’t bat an eye with our concerns, sounds like this isn’t the first or second time. Well the new room wasn’t much better, leaky tub faucet, giant hump in bathroom floor tile, missing paint and tons of scuffs all over the room, sliding door not secure as the lock is ready to just fall off the wall, and apparently only available for 2 queens instead of 1 king. “Deluxe view room” of the parking lot. Save you money, do NOT book here if you want to avoid false advertisement and poor quality lodging for resort prices. I will never come back here.

Our room was only half way clean, only one of the two beds where made. We didn't have enough towels in the bathroom only one. The sliding glass door didn't have a lock on it but relayed on a bar in the middle that could easily be shaken loose. At least all the trash was picked up

When we arrived, we discovered a bed bug on the wall. A quick Google search of the photo confirmed it. We thoroughly searched the entire room and beds, but fortunately, we didn’t find any other bed bugs, so it might have been a random occurrence. Another issue we encountered was the lack of information about room service. At check in, they never mentioned that room service had to be requested. After two days, realizing that the room hadn’t been cleaned, I requested room service. However, it still hadn’t arrived by 3 p.m. I called the hotel and was informed that they would be there that night. Unfortunately, they never showed up. As a result, I had to go to the lobby to get towels and toilet paper. Despite these problems, the grounds were beautiful, and the pools were enjoyable. I did the survey they sent after check out and asked for a return call about the issues but was never contacted. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed here for one night while our boat was being repaired. The room next to us banged on our door and angrily asked us to be quiet. Funny thing was, we were being quiet. Then when we started to fall asleep they banged on the wall. My boyfriend was getting irritated so he went to talk to the guy. He knocked on his door and tow teen aged girls walked out and started yelling and cussing at my boyfriend then the dad came out into the hall too! Anyways we called the front desk, as did they. At 1:30 a.m. we decided to just have our room moved. The hotel was accommodating although when we asked them if we could have our room comped because of the inconvenience, they said they could not. The rooms looked like a basic Holiday Inn from 20 years ago. The carpet was very dirty! The hotel property is nice and well maintained. However the hot tub bubblers and fireplace were not working. The restaurant at the hotel was horrible. I’m not picky and I couldn’t eat mine. My boyfriend is picky and he didn’t eat his either. The view of Lake Powell is what you are paying for. So if that’s worth it to you, then book.

We had an end room, 1st floor, that was next to the ice machine/vending area and we heard and felt the machine noise all night long. Next time we will request a room change. Otherwise was a nice stay.
