I have stayed at this hotel in the past, they were always great and was looking forward to staying here again. They have always been accommodating. When I made my reservation I requested a top floor ( as I have in the past) due to my daughter has extreme anxiety and we could not have anyone above us. They put us in the 3rd floor, there were people above us and it triggered an anxiety attack. Mind you the hotel was not full! I also paid extra for the lake view, I was looking at Dennys. When I went with my concerns the gentleman said that was a lake view. When I told him about my booking and requested a top floor due to my daughter’s anxiety and that she did have an anxiety attack due to the non stop noise . He said he would let someone know. This hotel seems to have new owners and I will never stay here again.

Price good, room comfortable, shower and bathroom great, location good. BUT gross was that the white towels were dingy gray, and I KNOW they can do better because I had ONE nice white new towel in the bunch. Breakfast is meh. Powdered eggs are not something I eat.
