Loved this hotel after 3 nights camping. Warm, great food and very friendly check-in and restaurant staff. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude tho, told me I couldn’t ride the elevator with her even tho I’m a very small person and 3 more people could have fit. When I laughed and got on the elevator anyway she was extremely displeased. I hope they’ll ask staff to share the elevator with guests happily in the future.

We stayed the night before our trip to Havasupai and enjoyed the proximity and coziness. The service at the cafe is astounding and the food hits home. Recommend staying here.

Good stay, train seems to run non stop on the south side of the property, so make sure you have a north facing room, from the hot tub on the south end many trains interrupted conversation it was so loud and frequent. The front desk staff was shy, the restaurant staff was very attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean and nice for a best western kind of stay. Considering we booked it before a Havasu Falls trip, we felt like we were lucky to relax and eat before the 10 mile hike in.

There is a market across the street and a small gift shop/restaurant in hotel. Trains passing through with horns are loud. Lodge gives you free ear plugs. But overall its fine- hiking Havasupai Falls in the am! Its about 15 minutes from the Cavern Check in.

Reservations staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant evening staff was friendly and helpful. The wait staff (morning staff) not very friendly or helpful. Where to get water or coffee, silverware, etc. was very confusing to the whole party. Other than that our visit was good. The Indian Tribes should be a little more outgoing to their customers not just at the lodges but in other aspects of their lives. I think your people are fantastic and own some of the most beautiful land in the world.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A highlight was the salt-water spa and pool...my skin was so soft and smooth when I came out. The restaurant was ok, but don't order the taco salad. Staff were not friendly, efficient, nor knowledgeable. inaccurate info provided at check-in about the store hours etc, not the end of the world.
