Just love it here. Everyone friendly and helpful. Very safe here . Veronics the manager goes over the top to see that everything is going the way it is suppose to go. She is wonderful with her staff.. very very clean in the rooms and lobby and bathrooms thats in the lobby. And the pool area. I give this hotel a A+....! I stay here at this hotel at least twice a month...at at least 5 to 7 days at a time.

Customer Service was great. Receptionist read us with a warm smile and was very helpful. The rooms were a little small, but very clean and comfortable with the exception of empty containers of hand wash and shampoo. When we requested them from receptionist there were guests from two other rooms requesting the same. We could hear the guest above us walking back-and-forth all night and the walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors alarms going off and talking to each other. Breakfast was just OK. Homemade oatmeal would have been lovely, but there just dry packets. When we left there was another receptionist at the counter and she was just as friendly as we left.

We only complains we have are no hot water for shower this morning or even washing face at about 7:30 a.m.. horrible fan with the bathroom light that you could not shut off! Other than that the room was nicely appointed with a giant smart screen TV. Probably the biggest we have had in a hotel room with an easy to understand remote. Bed was comfy and everything was immaculately clean
