The room was very clean, so I tipped the maid. The bed was good. The entire hotel is in poor repair and shabby. The entry needed sweeping. The one elevator had a tile duct-taped in place. There was a broken water cooler and broken ice macine near the elevator. The hall carpets were worn. The lobby and breakfast area had no air conditioning (in Arizona).
