"When we arrived we began to unpack after a 14 hour drive so we were exhausted and hungry. I walked into the bathroom and I immediately noticed food and hair on the “clean towels”, I look down and there is pee down the toilet that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week with dust embedded. My husband did not want to complain but I wanted to shower so I needed new towels. I cleaned the pee off of the toilet and called the front desk for clean towels. I notified the desk and picked up fresh towels. We left to eat dinner (also not great) and headed back. That’s when I noticed everything else. Our tv was crooked, there was food and drink splatters on the doors, walls and bed skirts. Hair dirt and dust on the floor. In the shower there was hair and dirt, in the fridge was left over remnants of food, and on the mini stove top was food crumbs. The room was for the most part- gross. The sheets on the bed however were clean so we at least had that. We were going to stay there for our return trip but decided to cancel our reservations and booked with another hotel. Other rooms at this location may have been clean, but not ours."
