Several of the advertised ammenities were not available. The sportsbook bar with video poker was not staffed during our entire stay. The Sports Bar next door had 5 bartenders at one point not doing anything,..but couldn't send a bartender 15 feet away to man the Sports Book bar. Also, the buffet is not available on Thurs..nor is the cafe. And a rib eye steak at the Steakhouse will cost you $70.. Very disappointing,..as we have frequented multiple indian casinos.

The rooms were very nice but the bed was really too firm for us. We both woke up with back pain. The pool was nice and heated the spa was great! The biggest complaint was the buffet. We paid 40 dollars a person and the choices were not great and our food was very "cool" to the point that i didnt eat alot of the items i picked. And i am not a picky complainy person but this was the biggest disappointment. It was my wifes birthday dinner at that. Skipped the steak house as well as thier prices were unbelievable. Didnt try the cafe. Or coffee shop. Also for the birthday promos that started at 10am no one came to the players club until 1030am. They werent prepared for us and the gift promised to us was unavailable cause they were waiting for someone else to bring whatever the item was, we didnt stick around either. I also think honestly that the casino is great for people who want to just stay there and loose thier money cause flagstaff is 20 miles away to even go to dinner or see entertainment. I will not be returning

I suppose the 5-star review I gave may partly be because of the newness of the Hotel but I was so amazed at it's cleanliness and comfort. I especially felt safe here and love that each room was safely pocketed along the long hallway, instead of rows of doors extending for hundres of feet where you can hear the echos and noises from other guests, kids and slamming doors. I am grateful for the restaurant convenience and fun at the smoke free casino.

Warm Pool- Nice Hotel!
I really liked the rooms- but the best was the pool. It was actually WARM! As a middle- aged woman, it’s been a million years since I was able to walk into the pool and not cringe. And very few people using the pool and hot tub as well. Really nice hotel.
