Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown

This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Though the property was not over-the-top fancy, it was comfortable and was perfect for our stay in Flagstaff. The roomy backyard was inviting. We were able to enjoy our meals outside with the family.

Cute cottage centrally located to trails, parks, restaurants and shops. Dog friendly, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay even a hot tub.

Awesome place!
This is our 2nd time staying here! Great location and very dog friendly! We come in for the Overland Expo and stay a few days to specifically enjoy this home. Walk to every where in Old Town. Dog park just down the street, but this backyard is more than suitable for the pups to run around safely. All amenities are perfect for us and great coffee as well! We hope to be back for a 3rd visit.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the highschool and downtown and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and walking distance to everything, including the Sunday farmer's market. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home base for visiting Grand Canyon
The listing is accurate. The check-in process was easy and we were welcomed with some snacks. The host was responsive, and has thought of everything making us feel right at home. They provided many plastic containers, a cooler and cold packs in the freezer that helped us pack a picnic lunch for our outings. That really made a difference for us especially when traveling with children. The kitchen was well stocked from cookware, bakeware to small appliances, basic spices and condiments. I liked the instant hot water dispenser. Maybe provide scissors. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting out watching the flurries come down. The house was cozy, warm and inviting. It worked out very well for our family vacation. We would stay here again if visiting northern AZ.
