Nice house, good stay
The instructions were clear, the house was nice and clean and had most things we needed.
I would say just a couple things could have been better;
1) the electricity in the Master bedroom wasn't working when we got there, I text and emailed immediately, only the property manager got back to me and said we wouldn't have any power in the room until the next day because the owner didn't get someone to come out after business hours... not really ok. We paid for a house with electricity. I would expect a note, an apology/ a concession, something from the owners but we did not hear from them at all.
The Gate card situation could be better, maybe have more than 1 if you have more than 1 family staying? We had to drive down to gate late the first night when the last family arrived. If there was a code or another way to get in that would be helpful.
There wasn't any firewood available at the house, while a huge stack was pictured in the listing but not a big deal after the first night.
Otherwise, the house was perfect for our group and everyone was comfortable. We took the advise from the binder and visited the waterfall in the neighborhood, the kids loved it.
Thank you, we would stay again... as long as the electricity was working ;)
