The Empress Hotel was truly a lovely hotel experience. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge and really enjoyed a cocktail in the new bar area. Our room was lovely as was the service. Highly recommend

This is a great budget stay . The room was small and even ugly. The bed was rather hard. Despite that it is immaculately clean and the staff is very friendly. It is very well located within walking distance of all the downtown amenities and Harbour views.

Great location…only a short bus ride from the waterfront in Victoria. We rode the bus from the ferry terminal to here and the Inn is very close to the bus route (#70/72) Room was clean and the staff was great. Very close to a few restaurants and music stores. I would stay here again.
