I liked how accessible it was to get to the airport, and the ferry. That took a lot of worrry away from me for logistical reasons. Also, the staff i encountered were extremely nice and comforting. Very fast and knowledgeable.

The room is poorly laid out.Bathroom and shower are small and lighting is poor with switchs at door for over the sink which is acroos the room. Bed mattress to soft at edge, almost fell out of bed.
