Step into a thoughtfully laid-out open-concept living and dining area, complete with elegant engineered hardwood flooring, 9-foot ceilings, and an ambient electric fireplace. The space comfortably accommodates six at the dining table, making it ideal for entertaining! A portable air conditioner ensures comfort during the hotter summer months. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, kitchen island, quartz countertops and plenty of storage including a pantry.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a modern ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and easy access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additional features include in-suite laundry, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and secure underground parking for one vehicle.

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m)- If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: There is no bike storage.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
