The front desk woman from Ukraine, and the gentleman from Ireland were excellent. Their customer service was outstanding. They thought ahead of my every question and had a suggestion that made our stay excellent can’t say enough about the staff.

Noisy and generally poor value (given £££ paid)

Start with good - the bed was comfortable, room relatively clean. Poor … noise was terrible; breakfast - well below average (given price paid), management never got back to me after I complained on the first night … off the back of ‘how was the check-in’ … certainly not worth the price paid, nothing like!!! Still hoping to be contacted by the hotel management!??
