The staff was fantastic. Doug made us feel welcome at the start with a great upgrade offer. The suite was amazing. The location is a perfect launching pad for a beach vacation. Did I mention the staff? They made us feel like ohana immediately. If you are reading this, you should stop what you are doing and book this property.

All of the staff at Ka La’i went above and beyond just doing their job. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant. Did not come across not even one rude staff member. Whenever we arrived with our car to the hotel we were always greeted by Kawika or when we would leave for the day he was there. He was an exceptional employee. Always pleasant and ready and willing to answer any questions or give suggestions or just ask if you needed anything. An exceptional Hotel with exceptional individuals to make you feel at home.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and furnished. Our room had an ocean view and so did the pool. They are currently renovating but it did not interrupt our stay at all.

Excellent location, nice rooms. Restaurant a bit limited on the menu and the service, expensive, but a good backup for all the other options around that area. Friendly staff. It was undergoing remodel so hopefully it will be better next time I visit.
