"The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The room had an amazing view for us, beings it was our first time being in Chicago. It’s was so close to everything we wanted to visit and super convenient. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again for future stays in the city.!! "Ron was uncomfortable, temperature was so hot, bed linens were gross and the $500 per night was shocking. "

"Check in process was smooth, although our room was ready after the 4pm check in time. I believe we didn’t receive a call to check in until about 5:30. The rooms were small, and okay. They could have been a lot cleaner. We also didn’t have any towels when we checked in so we had to call and ask for towels. "
