The unit is great,the tvs were a problem,no batteries in remotes but not a big deal except we could not get any English or Canadian tv but the unit is very comfortable

The unit was spacious, clean & comfortable. The basic cleaning items were sparse but I contacted the owner and she had them replaced. LOTS of rules in the complex but we are not partiers so we were fine. The location was great with easy access to the mall for food and supplies.

The rooms were as described so it worked well for our 2 couples and 2 teenagers. We were only there for 4 nights but it had everything we needed for making breakfasts etc.It's affiliated with the Paradise Village resort hotel down the street so you can order food by the pool and enjoy happy hour too. It is a quiet resort within easy walking distance to good restaurants - Ciao in particular was a favourite. And a short walk to the Starbucks, indoor mall and grocery store.The pools were beautiful and beach access is right there although when it's busy the palapas are delegated to members first so don't come thinking you can sit in the front rows. It didn't matter to us but just an FYI.Very comfortable and the beds were great.

Mother/daughter girls trip

We had a fantastic stay at Playa Royale! There was 5 of us for a mother daughter trip. Beach was beautiful, the pool was great! Very safe area with a lot of great restaurants in the area.

Christmas stay

Property is great but unit needs some upgrades. No extras like spices, basics like salt and pepper not included. Floors did not feel clean, ie sand on the floors. Dishes, pots and pans and cutlery are sparse. Minimal detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. No extra bags for garbage

Family spring break

This condo was perfect for our family’s spring break getaway! The owner/manager was super responsive! Playa Royale is always wonderful. It was nice to have the pack and play set up upon arrival for the grand baby😀. We used the palapa for BBQ one night and enjoyed the pools and ocean daily. 100% recommend!

Perfect place!

We loved this condo for our Christmas week at Playa Royale. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was even a pack n play for our granddaughter. The owner was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Only compliments for this stay!

Playa Royale Paradise

Elsa’s condo was the perfect place to stay for a week of rest and relaxation. The condo was spotless and location 10+. A nicer beach would be hard to find and staff at Playa Royale could not have been nicer. Elsa was extremely easy to deal with and obviously takes great pride in her property right down to the fine details. This was my 7th visit to Playa Royale and it will not be my last at Elsa’s outstanding property.
