"We were placed in an ADA room, which was fine. However, the bathroom floor was disgusting. It was set up as a wet room and there was scum all around the base boards. When I picked up the bath mat after my shower, it was filthy. Mattress was not great. Pool was too cold to use."

"Staying here is not recommended. Our experience was not good. Here is why: ROOM - The room (225) appeared clean but was not as clean one would expect. - The table was very poorly assembled which caused it to wobble excessively. - There was no room service at all. If we needed toiletries, towels, wash cloths, etc., we had to go to the office to get them ourselves. Our soiled bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sheets, and blankets were never removed and replaced. We stayed there for 5 days and not once did anyone come in to clean the room. - The toilet base was cracked and poorly repaired. - The sink stopper lever was very difficult to operate and did not keep water from draining. - There were no hooks in the bathroom on which you could hang towels and such. - No ability to hang clothing bags. No closet. PROPERTY - Renovation materials were being stored outside in the parking lot and in guest passage ways. - There is no swimming pool. - It appears that the bare minimum is done to meet codes and keep the place operational. WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!"

The pool was broken, along with one of the elevators. To the hotels credit, they did offer us two different rooms, both down by the broken elevator."
