Fire Pit was the best part

Convenient base for driving to Rockport and Gloucester. Room was acceptable, housekeeping only comes if requested. Breakfast was non-memorable but adequate. Fire pit was a lovely way to spend the evening. Good parking.

Our room required navigating some not great exterior steps, many others are park right in front. Would have been better to be offered choice. Basic room except shower was fantastic! Breakfast offerings very limited but the room was nice. Overall a better than acceptable place well located for our needs.

Very helpful staff. Basic and clean room. My only confusion was that I did not get invoice from them as I was told since I booked through hotels.com they'd supply it. And I've yet to see one

There were no vending machines or amenities after the restaurant closed. Staff was extremely rude when asked to do anything or even to provide the basics like”coffee or soap to wash your hands”I will never go back to this place. They are overpriced and not very accommodating.

Good location, walkable, nice indoor pool, affordable, pretty courtyard with fire pit. Rooms clean and comfortable with frig and microwave. could use update. No batteries in the alarm clock and no info in rooms about hotel rules. Breakfast is JUST grab and go good for snacks,,only packaged items and was poorly stocked. Staff did get items when asked though. No cleaning staff on a Tues night. Overall pleasant stay and would stay again, but maybe only on weekday. Would have been way overpriced on weekend for what it was.
