Nice area of Myrtle Beach

The condo was small but clean. Rental company responds quickly. The rental company requires you to take photos of your credit card, drivers license, yourself holding them which was strange and uncomfortable for privacy reasons but I did it because I had already paid in full.

Family Weekend Get Away

This was a 3 day 2 night Family Weekend Get Away. 3 bedrooms condo full kitchen very clean, accessible to restaurants, shopping. All in all great location. Would recommend Big Fish Rentals.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever rented

I have rented beach properties MANY times and have never stayed at a property this dirty. When we arrived, the floors were filthy, large stains on the couch, dried ketchup on the kitchen table, there were 100s of ants in the living room (that started biting my young children), items in the closets had half an inch of dirt on them, and the drawers in the dressers had tons of dirt in them to where I had to get soap and water and wipe them out before I could put clothes in them. It looks like they just swept all the dirt under the beds (you can easily see under the beds). There were peanuts found in the master bedroom on the floor (and my son is deathly allergic) and crackers on the floor in the guest bedroom. Although the rental agency was receptive and did send a new house cleaner and exterminator to put ant traps, I spent a good chunk of my first day of vacation dealing with all the issues and actually had to leave the property because it was so dirty and I didn’t want my kids inside. I would never book this property again.

Myrtle beach family vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful view from the balcony and located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Would recommend to anyone looking for a condo in the myrtle beach area.
