"Hi.
I stayed at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort on March 24–25.
Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, and my child developed continuous coughing during the night, likely due to poor cleaning or air quality.
The conditions were not acceptable, and we were unable to comfortably stay. We even decided to skip the water park entirely and checked out early.
Given these circumstances, I am requesting a partial refund or compensation.
Thank you for your understanding."
